Free Consultation
Whether you have a sample, a drawing, a picture or just an idea, your exclusive consultant will work closely with you. They’ll help optimize the product structure to avoid complex processes and cut mold use, choose suitable materials, techniques and quality standards. This will cut production costs, shorten production time, make your products more competitive and boost your business.

Submit Requirements
Customers can submit product pictures, design drawings or ideas online, along with filling in product requirements and order quantities.

Confirm Standards
We’ll formulate a detailed product standard list within 24 hours and submit it to the customer for confirmation.

Send Quotation
A quotation will be sent within 24 hours. If mold-making or sampling is required, the quotation will include the mold costs and the refund conditions, and also estimate the lead times of the sample and bulk orders.

Place Sample Order
If sampling is necessary, you place a sample order. We’ll issue a Proforma Invoice. After the customer pays the full sampling fee, production starts the next day.

Place Bulk Order
We’ll send a Proforma Invoice according to your bulk order. The customer pays a 30% deposit, either online or by TT.

Start Production
Production starts the next day after receiving the deposit. The whole process is managed by a digital system. You can view the real production process online.

Complete Production
Once production is complete, we’ll notify you and send a Commercial Invoice, then you pay the balance. If we’re late in delivery, corresponding payment will be deducted.

Delivery
After receiving the balance, we’ll deliver the goods according to the agreed-upon shipping method.

After-Sales Service
If there are any substandard products, we’ll double compensate based on the quantity you confirm. Compensation can be a direct refund or deducted from the next order. If reproduction is needed, we’ll confirm the time immediately.
